Una dintre Yamas, Aparigraha, vorbeste despre relatia pe care o avem cu consumul material.&#xA0; Mai pe scurt si foarte simplist, ne indeamna sa traim cu mai putin, sa ne obisnuim cu strictul necesar, fara sa consumam extrem de mult, atat in materie de mancare, obiecte, cat si energetic, si de asemenea sa nu tinem de lucrurile materiale pe care le avem, sa nu le strangem, sau cu alte cuvinte sa evitam sa pastram lucruri care nu ne mai sunt necesare. De aici cultivam calitatea non atasamentului, atat fata de obiecte, cat si fata de oameni, situatii, viata in general. &#x201C; Lasa actiunea sa ramana singura ta grija, nu fructul actiunii.
